1 General Terms & Conditions

4 Deposits & Payments

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Gaming Rules

• In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the game provider's server logs will be considered final.
• X999bd reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a software error or technical malfunction.
• If disconnected during a Live Casino game, the dealer's decision is final.
• Bets placed in Sports Betting before any odds change will remain valid.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Security risks or suspicious activity.
• At the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal; however, any incomplete wagering bonuses will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Gaming disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.
• If the user's own negligence results in their password or account information being compromised.
